Subscriptions your customers can actually manage
Subflow turns one-time products into recurring revenue — with a self-service portal, automatic payment recovery, and no support tickets landing in your inbox.
Free up to 50 subscriptions · 0% transaction fee · no credit card to start
The portal every other app makes you email about
Skip a delivery, reschedule it, change the frequency, pause, resume or cancel — from your storefront, without contacting you.
The customer portal, served from your own storefront at /apps/subflow.
No support tickets
Every change a customer would normally email you about, they can make themselves. This is the single most common complaint in reviews of competing apps.
Failed payments recovered
A declined card is retried on a 2 / 4 / 7-day schedule and the customer is emailed a secure link to update it. Everything at risk sits on one page you can act on.
Charges that never double-bill
Every cycle is guarded by a database constraint and an idempotency key, so retries, duplicated webhooks and overlapping jobs can never charge a customer twice.
Flat monthly price. 0% of your revenue.
Subscription apps that take a percentage get more expensive exactly as you succeed. Subflow never does.

The things merchants ask first
Do you take a cut of my subscription revenue?
No. You pay a flat monthly price and nothing else — 0% transaction fee on every plan, including Free.
What happens when a customer’s card fails?
Subflow retries the charge 2, 4 and 7 days after the failure and emails the customer a link to update their payment method each time. If every retry fails, the subscription lands on your Failed payments page, where one click retries it once the card is fixed.
What happens to my subscriptions if I uninstall?
Billing stops immediately and your contracts are parked, so reinstalling never retroactively charges customers for the time the app was gone. Shopify asks us to delete your data 48 hours after uninstall, and we do.
Does this use Shopify’s own subscription engine?
Yes. Subflow is built on Shopify’s native Subscriptions API, so contracts, payment methods and charges live in your Shopify admin — not locked inside a third-party system.
